Integrations

Connect HighLevel to the tools you already use.

Native integrations where they exist, Zapier or webhooks where they do not, and field mapping you can trust, so data arrives in the right place every time.

Why this matters

Integrations are where data goes missing. A Meta page permission expires, a Zap fails silently on an empty field, a Google Calendar connection belongs to a staff member who left. The CRM looks fine; the leads just stop arriving.

I start with the native integration whenever HighLevel offers one, because it is usually the most stable option. When a tool is not supported natively, I use Zapier, Make or HighLevel’s inbound and outbound webhooks, with explicit field mapping, duplicate checks and alerts when something fails.

Sound familiar?

Signs you need help with integrations

  • Facebook leads appear in Meta but not in HighLevel.
  • Calendar bookings do not block time in Google or Outlook.
  • Stripe payments are not linked to the right contact or opportunity.
  • A Zap fails a few times a week and nobody notices.
  • You copy data between tools by hand at the end of each day.

Scope

What’s included

  • 01

    Meta Lead Ads & Instagram

Page connection, lead form mapping to custom fields, source tagging and a check that each page maps to the right sub-account.

  • 02

    Calendars & meetings

Google Calendar and Outlook sync per user, conflict checking and Zoom or Google Meet links on bookings.

  • 03

    Payments

Stripe connected to products, order forms and invoices, with payment events driving pipeline and access workflows.

  • 04

    Zapier, Make & webhooks

Custom connections for tools without a native integration, built with error paths and test payloads.

  • 05

    Websites

WordPress and external site forms sending clean data into HighLevel, with source and UTM details preserved.

  • 06

    Integration map

A one-page diagram of what connects to what, through which method and under whose login.

Worked example

Real build: Slack reaction → HighLevel lead assignment

A sales team claimed new leads by hand in Slack, which caused double assignments and slow follow-up.

From a project published on this site. Read the full case study for details.

  1. 01

Zapier watches for a 👍 reaction on new-lead messages in a Slack channel.

  2. 02

A parsing step pulls the lead’s name, email and phone from the message.

  3. 03

The Slack user who reacted is matched to their HighLevel user ID.

  4. 04

The contact and its opportunity are assigned to that user in HighLevel.

Process

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Inventory

List every tool, what data it holds and which direction data should flow.

  2. Step 2

    Choose the method

Native first, then Zapier/Make, then webhooks or API, chosen for reliability and cost.

  3. Step 3

    Map & build

Field-by-field mapping, duplicate rules and error handling.

  4. Step 4

    Test with real payloads

Test leads, bookings and payments pushed through each connection before switching over.

A good fit for

  • Businesses with data spread across several tools
  • Teams relying on Meta Lead Ads
  • Agencies connecting client stacks

Not the right service for

  • Custom software development unrelated to HighLevel
  • Integrations that would move data without consent

FAQ

Integrations: questions

Native integration or Zapier: which is better?

Native is usually more stable and free. Zapier or Make is the right choice when there is no native option or when you need logic the native integration does not support. Each Zapier task has a cost, so high-volume flows sometimes suit webhooks better.

Why do my Facebook leads stop syncing?

Most often an expired or changed page permission, the connected Facebook user losing admin access, or lead access in Meta Business settings not including the CRM. The Facebook Lead Ads guide on this site walks through each check.

Can HighLevel connect to tools with no integration at all?

Often yes, through inbound and outbound webhooks or HighLevel’s API, if the other tool can send or receive web requests.

Who owns the integration logins?

You should. I recommend connecting integrations under a business-owned account, not a personal staff login, so access survives staff changes.
