GoHighLevel Calendar Not Showing Availability? 8 Settings to Check
Booking page shows no times or the wrong times? Check team assignment, hours, connected-calendar conflicts, notice period, date range, time zones, limits and duration.
A booking widget with no times is usually caused by one of eight settings: no team member assigned, no availability hours for those days, busy events in a connected Google or Outlook calendar, a minimum scheduling notice, a booking window that does not reach that far ahead, mismatched time zones, booking limits already reached, or an appointment length longer than the open windows. Check them in that order and test in a private browser window.
An empty booking page costs bookings quietly: visitors simply leave. The cause is almost always a setting, and the settings interact, which is why it can feel random. Work through them in this order.
Before you start: test the right way
Open the booking page in a private browser window. That avoids cached pages and shows what a new visitor sees. Note the exact dates that look empty and whether some slots show or none do; those clues point to different causes.
1. Is a team member assigned and available?
Many calendar types take their availability from the users assigned to them. With nobody assigned, or with assigned users who have no working hours, there is nothing to show. Open the calendar’s team settings, assign at least one user, then check that user’s own availability.
2. Are availability hours set for those days?
If a weekday has no hours, it shows no slots. Also look for date-specific overrides, such as a holiday you blocked months ago, that cover the missing dates.
3. Is a connected calendar marking the time as busy?
When a Google or Outlook calendar is connected and checked for conflicts, its busy events block those times. Two common surprises:
- All-day events (a birthday, “Working from home”, a holiday) can block a whole day.
- Recurring events created long ago can quietly block the same slot every week.
Fix: mark personal events as free, or change which connected calendars are checked for conflicts.
4. Is a minimum scheduling notice hiding near-term slots?
A notice period such as 24 or 48 hours hides every slot before that point. That can make tomorrow look fully booked. Lower it if near-term bookings are fine.
5. Can people book that far ahead?
Calendars can limit how many days into the future people can book. Dates beyond that window show nothing, which is easy to mistake for a fully booked month.
6. Do the time zones match?
The location, each user, the calendar and the visitor can each have a time zone. A mismatch shifts slots, sometimes outside working hours entirely so they disappear. Set the location and user time zones correctly, then book a test appointment and compare the time on the confirmation with what you expected.
7. Have booking limits been reached?
Maximum bookings per day or per slot hide the remaining times once the limit is hit. If a day empties after a few bookings, this is the likely cause.
8. Does the appointment fit the open windows?
A 60-minute appointment cannot fit a 45-minute gap. Buffers before and after appointments make the gap smaller still, and the slot interval decides where slots can start. If only some slots are missing, compare the appointment length plus buffers with your availability windows.
Round-robin and team calendars
Round-robin calendars combine several people’s availability. One user with a broken calendar connection, wrong time zone or no hours can remove slots for everyone in some configurations. Check each user on the calendar, not just the calendar itself.
Related: confirmations and reminders
If people can book but do not get confirmations or reminders, that is a separate issue, usually a workflow trigger filtered to the wrong calendar or a reminder time that had already passed for late bookings. The GHL Troubleshooter covers that path, and workflows not firing explains the trigger side.
When to get help
Team calendars with several users and connected calendars interact in ways that are hard to see from the booking page. If slots are still missing after these eight checks, a settings review usually finds the conflict in one sitting.

Why does my GoHighLevel calendar show no available times?
The most common causes are that no team member is assigned or available, the days have no availability hours, a connected Google or Outlook calendar marks the time as busy, or a minimum notice period hides near-term slots.
Why are the times on my booking page wrong?
Usually a time zone mismatch between the location, the user, the calendar and the visitor. Set the location and user time zones correctly and check which zone the widget displays.
Does my Google Calendar block GoHighLevel bookings?
If the connected calendar is checked for conflicts, busy events in it (including all-day events) block those times. Mark personal events as free or stop checking that calendar for conflicts.
