Migration
Move to HighLevel without losing data or momentum.
Contacts, history, pipelines, automations, calendars and funnels moved from your current tools with a written plan and a cut-over date that does not leave leads in limbo.
Why this matters
Migrations fail in the gaps between systems: the week where forms post to the old CRM and calendars book in the new one, the tags that did not map, the automations nobody rebuilt because nobody knew they existed.
Automations and pages cannot be imported between platforms. They have to be understood and rebuilt. So a migration starts with an inventory of what your current stack really does, then a mapping of each piece to its HighLevel equivalent, then a planned cut-over.

Signs you need help with migration
- You pay for four tools that HighLevel could replace.
- Your current CRM contract renews soon and you want out cleanly.
- You tried importing a CSV and the fields came in wrong.
- Nobody knows every automation running in the old system.
Scope
What’s included
- 01
Stack inventory
Every automation, form, calendar, list and integration in your current tools, documented.
- 02
Data mapping
Fields, tags, lists and pipeline stages mapped to HighLevel equivalents before any import.
- 03
Clean import
Contacts and opportunities imported with de-duplication and consent status preserved.
- 04
Rebuild
Automations, forms, calendars and key funnel pages rebuilt natively in HighLevel.
- 05
Cut-over plan
A switch date, DNS and form changes in order, and a short parallel-run to catch gaps.
- 06
Team handover
Walkthroughs so the team knows where everything now lives.
Worked example
Typical mapping decisions
Questions that come up in nearly every migration.
- 01
Lists in the old tool become tags or smart lists in HighLevel, not dozens of separate tags.
- 02
Deal stages map to pipeline stages; closed-lost reasons map to an opportunity custom field.
- 03
Unsubscribe and consent status are imported so opted-out contacts stay opted out.
- 04
Recurring payments usually stay in Stripe and are linked, rather than recreated.
Process
How it works
- Step 1
Inventory
Export and document the current system.
- Step 2
Map
Agree how each piece translates into HighLevel.
- Step 3
Build & import
Build the new structure, then import clean data into it.
- Step 4
Cut over
Switch traffic, watch closely for two weeks, then decommission.
A good fit for
- Businesses consolidating tools into HighLevel
- Agencies moving clients onto their SaaS offer
Not the right service for
- Moving away from HighLevel (possible, but not the focus of this service)

FAQ
Migration: questions
Can automations be imported into HighLevel?
No platform imports another platform’s automations reliably. They are rebuilt in HighLevel’s workflow builder, which is also a good moment to simplify them.
Will I lose email history?
Contact records and key fields transfer; full email and conversation history usually does not transfer between platforms. We agree what must be preserved, and archive exports of the rest.
How long does a migration take?
Small stacks can move in two to four weeks. Larger ones with many automations take longer. The inventory step gives you a realistic timeline.
What about my phone numbers?
Numbers can often be ported, but porting and A2P registration need planning so texting is not interrupted.
